App is hanging on load screen when opened out of cold storage

Summary

When logging into the app from cold storage, it hangs on the load screen and does not open.

Steps to reproduce

Close app out of memory (restart device) and open the app (it doesn't happen every time but has been confirmed by multiple admins)

Platform information

Android, Galaxy S9 v.9 Galaxy Note 8 v.8.0.0

What is the current bug behavior?

Load screen locks on lighbulb

What is the expected correct behavior?

App should load as normal
