(bug): No more than 5 hashtags on edit post

Summary

Users can edit their posts to add in more than 5 hashtags.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a post with 5 hashtags, E
• Edit it
• Add another hashtag
• Save

What is the current bug behavior?

The user can have more than the limited 5 hashtags on a post

What is the expected correct behavior?

The user should NOT be allowed to edit and change - perhaps an error should be added.
