(bug)(front): images lose quality when uploaded to Help Desk

Summary

Images that are uploaded to the Help Desk (and that follow the size specifications) loose quality. Replicated by Nick and Kate.

Steps to reproduce

(How one can reproduce the issue - this is very important)

  1. Take screen shot
  2. Edit the photo in image editor
  3. Resize to specifications (900 pixels wide)
  4. Upload to Help Desk
  5. Photo looses quality and becomes blurry

(Windows 10 and MacOS).

What is the current bug behavior?

Image becomes blurry (Perhaps it stretches).

What is the expected correct behavior?

The image should not lose quality.
