Wire debits sender, but does not credit receiver.

Summary

Unable to wire 10 tokens to another channel. The transaction fails debiting the sender ledger and not crediting the receiver.

Steps to reproduce

When you send a wire to a channel that has not set up its wallet entirely including connect to metamask, the transaction fails. Set up the receiver wallet and the transaction will complete.

What is the current bug behavior?

Senders ledger is debited the Wire trransaction, but receiver wallet does not credit the wire transaction

What is the expected correct behavior?

Failed transaction should not debit the sender wallet.
