(bug): Notifications page gets stuck on reloading when scrolling to the bottom of the page

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.minds.com/notifications
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

What is the current bug behavior?

"Click to load more" keeps showing and disappearing.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Trying to load more notifications should happen only if user clicks on the bottom or scroll down again.
