Changing general setting in firefox does not enable save button

Changing general settings in Firefox does not enable save button. Email settings does work in firefox, use that as a template.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.minds.com/settings/general
2. Edit Mature Content checkbox save button will not enable

Save button on https://www.minds.com/settings/general does not enable

What is the expected correct behavior?

Save button should enable like save button on https://www.minds.com/settings/emails when settings are changed
