Add a captcha trap for robo users

We need to figure out how we want to trap users who act like robots

If a user starts spamming the system with too many posts and/or the same post over and over again, trigger a captcha check before they can post again. Rate limiting on the api should make this possible.

Add a honey pot field that is invisible to humans but visible to robots, if they check this box through a script, mark them as a spammer
