Mature overlay is not showing when logged out

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to a non admin account
2. Make a group, copy the url
3. Log in as admin
4. Go to the url on your clipboard
5. Flag a group as nsfw
6. Refresh, its got the mature overlay.
7. Log out.
8. Revisit URL, no mature overlay.

Mature overlay should show for channels and groups when not logged in.

Possible fixes

It looks like the group object returned back when not logged in is missing the NSFW flags.
