Add avatar uploading to web onboarding

We missed the avatar upload on the profile creation screen

• Use the existing new onboarding as a guide to provide avatar uploading to the onboarding flow
• Design the avatar upload flow for onboarding front / mobile web
• Implement the new design using the existing avatar upload functionality
