Cannot upload group avatar

Summary

Cant upload an avatar when creating a new group, component is erroring on load.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in
2. Click on the groups sidebar to create a new group
3. Try to upload an avatar

What is the current bug behavior?

Clicking the blank avatar area is unresponsive.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should open the window to upload a file.
