Improve our title tag for SEO

Right our now our title tag is very accurate, but very sparse.

On newsfeed, it says Newsfeed | Minds

On discovery, it says Newsfeed | Minds

Etc

One of the SEO suggestions is to have meaningful titles as much specific content in our meta tags as possible.

Creating this card to start the discussion on what titles and metadata we want to use

• Wrap our light bulb logo in an H1 with a hidden span and alt text matching the title.
• Audit the hard links on the site and make sure they have descriptive titles over 36 characters long
