Give functionality of Pro for free, but don't allow earnings of publishing

• On Pro Settings, change "Pro Subscription" to "Upgrade to Pro" if they do not have it. If they have Pro, it can still say "Pro Subscription"

• Change text on earnings page to say, "In order to start earning, upgrade to Pro."

• Add button saying "Try Pro" next to purchase button on /upgrade and /pro
