Image Video upload fails after uploading .webp
Summary
After I tried to upload a .webp file on staging I can no longer attach any image file or video to a post.
Steps to reproduce
- create a post attach a .webp animated image

What is the current bug behavior?
Upload fails other uploads also fail even if you log out and log back into Minds.
What is the expected correct behavior?
.webp animated images upload as animated .gif files do.
