Summary

Videos are auto-playing for users with P2P media disabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Either get access to an account with P2P enabled, or on a test env, alter the user object. Because of #2195 (closed) you will likely not be able to just turn it on on a fresh user.
2. Post a video
3. Scroll, observe autoplay
