Implement unread message indicator on messenger

As suggested in the following thread, Minds should have a green dot next to the 'gear' icon to indicate that there are unread messages: https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/1038825070584586240

We're not going to do the audio cue, but we are going to do the visual indicator. Let's use the dots like gathering and group activity
