UX consistency: Discovery search
Summary
When you switch to latest time frame menu disappears. When you switch to user or group search 'hot' and 'latest' grey out disable. Interface disabling should be consistent: options should either gray out or they should disappear, not a little bit of both.

What is the current bug behavior?
Time select disappears when unavailable, hot and lastest disable when unavailable.
What is the expected correct behavior?
unavailable options should all disable or all disappear when unavailable.
I recommend disappear when unavailable.
