Show a list of who has voted on a post

• Above the thumbs up and down icons, show a preview of icons of users who have voted on the post
• As we currently merge the remind votes, if the count of votes is higher than our list of users, show '+ x more' line
• Ensure this is efficient and well cached

• Have the # of votes next to thumb icons click to a modal with a list of voters
• At the bottom of the modal, if total votes is higher than users, show "+ X more"
