This thread contains comments from a blocked user

Summary

When you block a user that has commented on your content the comment thread of the content responds with, "This thread contains comments from a blocked user" showing no comments on your content, even if by other non blocked users.

Block a channel that has commented on content

What is the current bug behavior?

Removes all comments on your content

What is the expected correct behavior?

Removes only blocked channels comments.
