(bug): Can't update cover photo/profile image in My channel.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to My channel and press edit.
2. Click on cover photo and upload a cover photo.
3. Do the same for profile picture.
4. Press save.
5. Refresh page.

Platform information

HUAWEI (HUAWEI ANE-LX1) / Android 8.0.0

Environment: Huawei P20 lite, Android 8, Chrome browser

Neither Cover photo nor Profile picture are updated.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Cover photo and Profile picture should be updated.
