Create token payment plan that mimics Vimeo's video hosting service

This will allow users to upload larger files and host more storage on our servers, for a cost (in tokens). They can pay per month or per year, depending on the plan.

There are three (3) plans that align with Vimeo's model (Plus, Pro and Business).

The breakdown is as follows:

It would mirror Vimeo's cost structure (assuming a token is worth $1), except that our business plan would cost 100 tokens instead of $50.

*The Plus plan allows for a cost of 7 tokens/month if you spend 1-year up front. If you pay, monthly, it will cost 12 tokens/month. It is the only plan that allows a monthly payment.

The "Team Members" category will be ignored for this task.
