(chore): Update banner image buttons

• The 'x' button should be a trash can because it's a delete button, not a close button.
• Also make the buttons respond to hover/click and vertically align the upload button
• Add explanatory titles
• Fix z-index issue that was making the buttons go on top of horizontal groups sidebar markers
