(bug) Typed hashtags not triggering error for reaching hashtag limit on edit

Summary:

It appears the error for too many hashtags is not being shown on edit when typed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make a post with 5 hashtags.
2. Edit it, and sneak in an extra hashtag.

Error is not being shown

What is the expected correct behavior?

Error message should be shown

Relevant logs and/or screenshots

Possible fixes

Probably need to listen on (keyup) or something to that effect and trigger the error appropriately.
