(bug): Out of bounds group chat submit box after typing.

Summary

After maximizing keyboard and minimizing it the message window becomes out of bounds

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a group chat.
2. Type a message.
3. Click the screen to minimise the keyboard.
4. Try to scroll down.
5. You can still send the message by maximising the keyboard and hitting the return key.

What is the current bug behavior?

Messaging box with send button becomes cut off after typing

What is the expected correct behavior?

User should be able to send a message the normal way.
