Make more links appear/behave like links

Intended to increase predictability of what's going to happen when you click.

Links in activities/blogs/media/sidebar should underline (or change color) on hover - including:

• @mentions
• groups
• user channels
• hashtags
• inline urls

In addition:

• owner block links shouldn't spread across the width of the post
• "edited" shouldn't be part of the post link
• Links do not activate unless https:// is added to them.
