(bug): Mobile Discovery Hashtags - buttons hard to press

Summary

Opening the menu, closing the menu and mostly hashtag toggles, are quite hard to press on mobile, and shouldn't be as there is quite a lot of space for them to be biggger.

Steps to reproduce

1. Head to https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/global/top
2. Click on the (v) next to the hashtags at the top
3. Toggle on and off hashtags
4. Close it

S7 Edge (Android 8.0.0)

What is the current bug behavior?

Toggles are too small and hard to press, as are other clickables.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Buttons could be easier to press
