(bug): Mobile - Expanded discovery hashtags break UX

Summary

The discovery hashtags are a little broken as the hashtags window scrolls, before the news feed, and cuts it off until a point. This feels quite buggy though isn't so evident from images.

Also note the buttons are very small and should be made bigger.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to discovery
2. Expand the hashtags
3. Scroll
