Text based conversation chat for specifically usage within the Gathering facility

Due to Gatherings only being a webRTC based framework and only providing access for audio / video, this is creating issues for community members that unwilling or are otherwise unable to provide vocal communication when using Gatherings. As we are all aware, there is the live chat facility within each of the groups and can be used within gathering based sessions. This can cause further issues if the live chat facility is used for general non gathering based conversations. Therefore, I suggest providing a separate live chat dialog box when using the Gatherings faclity.
