(bug): iOS: Mobile web view cutting off registration button.

Summary

The registration button is being cut off on mobile web

Steps to reproduce

1. visit https://www.minds.com/login
2. try to scroll right down to the bottom

Platform information

Tested on iPhone 8+ Seems to be mostly apparent on Safari, but in Chrome part of the button is still cut off

What is the current bug behavior?

The window autoscrolls back up so you cannot click on the register button.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Button should not be out of bounds of the scroll area.
