Add indicator that user has reminded a post
Summary
If you remind a post, the icon turns blue indicating you have reminded it. If you refresh, the remind icon no longer is blue.
Steps to reproduce
- Remind a post and notice the icon turn blue
- Refresh browser
- Icon is no longer blue

What is the expected correct behavior?
After reminding a post, the remind icon should always remain blue so you are able to see that you have reminded it.
