(bug): ElasticSearch fine tuning on user search

The search does not seem to pick up new channels even if you have the exact channel name

I'm unsure if the new channels bit is just a coincidence, but in either case it appears ElasticSearch needs some finer tuning.

Try to add @jenny2 into a group See that her user profile does not appear

(Browser, device, system stats, screen size)

Other user profiles show

It should return any explicit matches to the search first.

@markeharding I presume that this is related a fix you made last week as it bares an uncanny resemblance to that issue.
