Malicious users have been plaguing channels with mass down-votes, mass reminds, and mass subscriptions (from the same channel), then they DISABLE their channels to avoid being blocked, so they can come back at a future time with another attack. This becomes a vicious circle. When a channel is DISABLED, other users, and in particular victims of malicious attacks, do not have the option of BLOCKING said malicious actor. We ask that you consider giving the community a defense, or at least an option to limit these attacks by providing a way to BLOCK said malicious actors after that have DISABLED their accounts.
