Using iOS, go to the site on mobile. 2. Open a group. 3. Tooltip should appear (if it does not try holding). 4. Observe tooltip is behind the banner & chat. ### Platform information Replicated on iPhone 8 via BrowserStack. Unable to replicate on Android S7 Edge, Chromium / Manjaro web. ### What is the current *bug* behavior? Tooltip is cut off and permanently there messing with the UX. ### What is the expected *correct* behavior? Tooltip should be in-front of the banner and chat, and should probably only be shown on a long press. ### Relevant logs and/or screenshots  ### Possible fixes (If you can, link to the line of code that might be responsible for the problem)
