These snowflaked E channels are showing up in safe mode and top feeds. Ex: https://www.minds.com/nguyenthuyhang9x https://www.minds.com/one3x Ian Crossland created this task in Asana. ### Steps to reproduce You must see one while browsing safe/top feed; it is difficult to reproduce from a user/admin perspective. ### Platform information (Device, Android/iOS version, system stats, screen size) ### App version (App version and build number) ### What is the current *bug* behavior? (What actually happens) ### What is the expected *correct* behavior? (What you should see instead) ### Relevant logs and/or screenshots    ### Possible fixes When a channel is E tagged, it should automatically be marked open.
