Summary

As part of the plan to progressively decentralize Minds, we are creating a Governance Tab to allow users create proposals to distributes Minds tokens to individuals, teams, projects bringing value to the ecosystem, and other reasons.

We integrated this tab with Snapshot in which proposals are created and managed.
