(bug): The 3rd onboarding splash screen ("Subscribe to some popular channels") doesn't load any new channels if a user closes one.

Summary

It only loads @Timcast again and again at the bottom.

NOTE: Canary mode is turned on.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new account.
2. Skip to the 3rd onboarding splash screen.
3. Close @Timcast.

What is the current bug behavior?

The 3rd onboarding splash screen ("Subscribe to some popular channels") doesn't load any new channels if a user closes one. It only loads @Timcast again and again at the bottom.

What is the expected correct behavior?

When you close one of the listed channels it should continue loading popular channels endlessly so users can see who's on the site and subscribe to the ones they know, like or think they might like.
