Groups v2 member previews not displayed in mobile web

Goal

Make sure the group v2 member previews display in mobile web.

What needs to be done

Investigate why the member previews don't display reliably in mobile web.

During my testing of modern groups, the section in the green box wasn't always displaying on load. It does display, however if the page is loaded in desktop mode and then use devtools to switch to mobile width. Maybe it has something to do with fade animation?

QA

If member previews are visible on load in web, they should also be visible on load in mobile web. Note the component should not visible when the currently logged in user is the only member of the group, regardless of the screen width.
