(bug) Permalinkpage | Reminds shows wrong subscribe status

I peered into my reminds on one post today, and I was surprised to see that it shows I am not following friends that I've been following for a while (red frame, wrong status):

Expand to see the screenshots that show who I am subscribed to and who is subscribed to me. It's not really matching.
