Notifications | No notification when receiving a tip

So I got an email that I got a tip. So I wanted to see a notification in new notifications to see how it looks. But there is none. On the picture bellow are my notifications with timestamps:

By the way, I think there should be another category for minds messages and / or payments (outgoing and incomming)
