Audit all i18n strings and confirm validity

Audit https://gitlab.com/minds/front/-/blob/epic/angular-9/src/locale/Base.xlf and confirm validity

• Rebuild with 'npm run xi18n`
• Are they still in use or deprecated?
• Do they all have ID's
• Are they duplicated?
• i18n-label and i18n-placeholder label
• @@ should be prefixed before all IDs
