Issues with Modal Pager (2020-01-28)

Several issues fixed:

• Horizontal Feed pool having duplicate entries, making one of the entries get stuck with loading indicator
• When loading the prev/next image from CDN, it'll briefly show stretched (#2495 (closed))
• Sometimes loading a blog would close the modal
