Admin firehose UI for channel classifiers

Below the admin's firehose view, add a summary view of the channel's classifiers

These are to be a summary of the channel's activity to help the admin's decide how to classify the channel

The ui should include a dropdown and add button that allows the admin to provide feedback

@markeharding has the schema for the classifiers and we'll need to figure out how what feedback we'll need to allow

@ramialbatal suggests we display

Aggregated counts of:

1. Active days (in the last 30 days, last 7 days)
2. Comments written and received (last 30 days, last 7 days, last 1 day)
3. Channels received comments from the current channel, channels commented on the current channel posts/blogs (last 30 days, last 7 days, last 1 day).
4. Reminds done by the channel and received (last 30 days, last 7 days, last 1 day)
5. Channels reminded by the current channel, channels
6. Votes done by the channel and received (last 30 days, last 7 days, last 1 day)
7. Boosts (last 30 days, last 7 days, last 1 day) + total tokens during the same periods
8. Boosts Refund (last 30 days, last 7 days, last 1 day) + total tokens during the same periods
9. Wire received and sent (last 30 days, last 7 days, last 1 day) + total tokens received and sent in the same periods
10. Channels received wires from the current channel, Channels sent wires to the current channel
11. Withdrawals
12. Channels subscribed to the current channels (Total, in the last 30 days, last 7 days, last 1 day)
13. Subscriptions (Total, in the last 30 days, last 7 days, last 1 day)
14. Posts (in the last 30 days, last 7 days)
15. Blogs (in the last 30 days, last 7 days)

Which will be aggreagated in the table created by #1268 (closed)
