Avatar image in middle of top menu bar does not update
Summary
When avatar image is changed top menu bar avatar image is not updated until reload
Steps to reproduce
Actions:
From channel profile page as owner Click pencil or edit button Click Avatar select image file from file selection dialogue Expected results:
Avatar image updates Actions:
Click checkmark or save button Expected results:
Leave profile edit mode Avatar image in top menu middle updates
