Admins can approve posts in a Boost Campaign

Steps to test feature:

1. Create a boost campaign
2. Verify boost campaign is listed in the boost console with 'Created' status
3. Go to the 'boost' section of Admin console
4. Approve the campaign boost post
5. The campaign status should have updated to 'Active' in the Boost console
6. The campaign boost post should have disappeared from the Admin console
