(bug) Wallet withdrawl saving banking information throws a 500 error

When I try to save my bank account information on https://yellowsubmarine.minds.com/wallet/usd/settings

If I enter in the wrong information:

https://yellowsubmarine.minds.com/api/v2/payments/stripe/connect/bank

Throws a 500 error and no errors are displayed to the user
