Communication when user's segment changes
When a user drop down or climb up in the activity segments, we can engage with him via 2 channels:
- Emails:
- When the user is not logging-in and about to drop-down to a lower activity segment after 24 hours, we send an email informing her/him about that and explain quickly about the user segments (probably a simple drawing showing the reward factor in each group).
- Notification: 2. If the user climb to a higher segment, we send a notification to congratulate her/him. Clicking on that notification should bring a page (or a pop up window) showing the segments graph with the reward factors. 3. If the user is about to climb to a higher segment after 24 hours, we send a notification to encourage him to stay active in the next day to increase his daily reward. Clicking on that notification should bring a page (or a pop up window) showing the segments graph with the reward factors. 4. If the user dropped to a lower level segment, in the first time she/he logs in after dropping, we send a notification to inform her/him and encourage him to increase his activity. Clicking on that notification should bring a page (or a pop up window) showing the segments graph with the reward factors.
