Onboarding Communication

Communicating with the newly registered users can be done via several channels

Walkme-like guidance directly after registration:

  1. Welcome to the channel and a short text to explain what is a channel.
  2. Where and how to write a post/blog
  3. How to search for channels and groups and subscribe to them (and what actually means to subscribe)
  4. What is Minds wallet and how can you earn tokens (short, clear and completely not specialized language)
  5. What is Boost, Wire and Plus
  6. What is OffChain Vs. OnChain transactions
  7. We should make the guidance available and always visible at the top banner until the user has logged-in 10 times or so.

Emails: more detailed information on Minds mission, and functionality (one email per week?)

  1. How Minds is different from other centralized social networks.
  2. Minds Token, Wallet, Boost, Wire and Plus.
  3. OnChain And OffChain transactions and setting up Metamask.
  4. What are Rewards, and how can users earn rewards.
  5. Minds groups (how to find groups, how to join groups, what are open and closed groups, how to create a group, how to promote and advertise a group).

Notification:

  1. Directly we send a notification informing the user that he got X tokens as a reward and a badge of “New Joiner”.
  2. The next day we send a notification about the current segment of the user, when the user clicks on the notification, we direct him into a page explaining the user segments how to move up and earn more tokens.
  3. We can add the user to the help & support group and send a notification about that.
