Users who are helping in the development and documentation should be rewarded. Our code repos lacks documentation and developers are welcome to contribute in any part of the system.

• We need to come up with a standard way to measure a unit of documentation and development.
• The documentation and code need to be approved by the dev team. If approved the reward will be sent.

The rewards & badges can be as follows:

• For Development
  • New Contributor: 100 Tokens (1 unit of developed code) - Bronze
  • Bronze Contributor: 500 Tokens (5 units of developed code) - Silver
  • Silver Contributor: 1000 Tokens (10 units of developed code) - Gold
  • Gold Contributor: 2000 Tokens (20 units of developed code) - Gold
• For Documentation
  • Documentation beginner: 25 Tokens (1 unit of documentation) - Bronze
  • Documentation addict: 250 Tokens (10 units of developed code) - Silver
  • Documentation guru: 1250 Tokens (50 units of developed code) - Gold
  • Documentation doctor: 2500 Tokens (100 units of developed code) - Gold
