(bug): Double upvote a blog post

@Grantek reports that they can double upvote a blog post on anothers channels. See images below.

Steps to reproduce

1. Post a blog on a test account.
2. Go to the channel.
3. Upvote the post in the feed.
4. Upvote the post in the blog sidebar on the left.
