Add prompts for MetaMask setup and SendWyre buttons throughout site

Goals

  • In wallet, prioritize prompts for setting up MetaMask for new users or any user who did not set it up yet

    • Add MetaMask on side bar in wallet if not detected
    • More prominent MetaMask in "Address" page in wallet

  • On Minds.com/Token, if user clicks "Purchase" and does not have MetaMask, they will be prompted with a pop-up to download it

  • On MetaMask detection, add "BUY ETH" buttons to various locations that link to SendWyre widget
