(bug): group owners cannot delete a group unless there are no other members

Summary

Group owners are unable to delete a group they own, unless the group has no other members.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a group or go to a group you own with 2+ members
2. Delete the group and confirm
3. Group does not get deleted

Expected Behavior

Group owners should be able to delete a group they own at any time.
